I go to a lot of shows and also play in a band and always recommend these ear plugs. I usually just always keep them in my pocket since the case is so convenient. The inserts are great for quieter concerts, or when I am playing and want to hear better but the heavy duty inserts are a great option to save my ears.Great documentation on the noise reduction levels on the packaging that I have actually referenced a few times for safety.

Plugs are really easy to grab onto- if I want more/less sound to enter. especially with my big fingers!I pretty much use gold plugs all the time- balances out hearing some ambiance with cutting out the unwanted shrill sounds I needed to avoid. I have one ear way more sensitive,so I leave that plug in firmly,while keeping the other ear's plug out slightly. seems to do the trick! Good product.

I bought this pair of earplugs as a direct replacement for a previous pair, which I'd had for about 5 years. Those had finally disintegrated after regular use. I wear these whenever I go out salsa dancing--often the music is too loud, but I still need to hear it in order to dance. Over the years, I've danced anywhere from 1-4 nights/week, and I usually wear these earplugs. They help tremendously with keeping the volume reasonable. I can still hear the music enough to dance, but it's hard to hear other people talking. They're perfect for my needs.

I've been using Alpine earplugs for over 20 years now and will continue to do so in the future.As a working musician, I spend a lot of time wearing earplugs so both comfort and protection are important to me. Alpine hasn't let me down yet on both fronts. Highly recommended!

These little guys seem to work very well at blocking out loud decibels while still allowing me to hear a conversation with someone next to me. Purchased to help with the deafening sounds that come during worship service at my church. Now I can enjoy the music without cringing from the pain that its volume causes. Would probably work equally as well at Concerts or any enclosed space with very loud music. Highly Recommend.
